When we can't look up a key

We look up your license by the email address attached to your purchase, so there are two cases where this page can't help — and in both cases your license could still be perfectly valid:

1) If you asked us to delete your personal information, we will have cleared the email address from your license. The license itself keeps working, but we no longer have any way to connect it to you. We described this trade when you made the deletion request and there is no way to reverse it.

2) If you purchased with an email address other than the one you entered it would result in us not being able to locate your license. In this instance, please find your receipt from LINK.COM which shows which address you used when you made your purchase, then try again using that email address.
