Vehicle history reports, with 10% off

When you save a used-vehicle listing, the saved copy includes a Check Vehicle History button. It opens a Detailed Vehicle History report with a 10% discount already applied — there’s no coupon to hunt for. The button appears at the top of your saved listing and at the top of your Saved Listings page.

Which listings get the button
Used-vehicle listings you have saved from craigslist, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com or Classics on Autotrader. New vehicles have no history to report, so they don’t get the button. On Classics on Autotrader, vehicles from model year 1981 on qualify.
Nothing is added to the pages craigslist, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com or Classics show you, and no existing link is altered or redirected. The button lives only in your own saved copy and on the extension’s Saved Listings page. How to save a listing.
How it works
- Save a used-vehicle listing with Save or Update Listing.
- Open the saved copy, or your Saved Listings page, and click Check Vehicle History.
- Detailed Vehicle History opens in a new tab, by way of a forwarding page at clprosearch.com, with the 10% discount applied.
The button itself is never restricted. It works whether or not you hold a license, and listings you have already saved stay open to you after your free allowance is spent. It never asks you for anything.
Who you are buying from
The report is sold and produced by Detailed Vehicle History, not by us, and report buyers must be 18 or older. Once you follow the link you are on Detailed Vehicle History’s website, and their privacy policy governs what happens there. They may set cookies to record that you arrived through our link. We do not receive your name, payment details or the contents of any report; we receive only a count of purchases attributed to our link.
