Finding saved listings, and printing to PDF

Saved listings are in your Downloads folder, in a folder named CLProSearch. Each one is a complete HTML file that opens in your browser. To see them all in one place, click Show Saved Listings in the My Notes panel on any listing. To print one or save it as a PDF, open it and click Print / Save as PDF at the top.
The Saved Listings page
Click My Notes on any listing, then Show Saved Listings. The page lists everything you have saved, newest first. You can sort it by Newest first, Oldest first or Title A–Z, and Open folder opens your CLProSearch folder. Each listing has these buttons:
- Open opens your saved copy.
- Original opens the listing on the site it came from. It may have expired.
- Saved shows the saved file in your CLProSearch folder.
- Notes shows the note attached to the listing.
- Remove takes the listing off this page. Your saved file is not deleted.
If you have saved used-vehicle listings, the Check Vehicle History button also appears at the top of this page.
Printing, or saving as a PDF
- Open the saved listing, from the Saved Listings page or straight from your CLProSearch folder.
- Click Print / Save as PDF at the top of the page.
- Your browser’s print window opens. Choose a printer, or choose Save as PDF as the destination.
If a saved listing won’t open from the list
The Saved Listings page opens files where they were saved. If you moved, renamed or deleted a file, the page says the file is no longer where it was saved. Look in your Downloads folder under CLProSearch, or save the listing again from the original ad if it is still up.
Your files are yours
The files stay on your computer if the original post is taken down, and if you uninstall the extension. Reaching the end of the free allowance never locks them: everything you saved stays openable from the Saved Listings page or your CLProSearch folder.
