The free allowance

CL Pro Search is free to try: a single allowance covers 5 saved listings, 10 noted listings and 5 craigslist deduplications, and reaching any one of them ends the free period for all three. After that, adding notes, saving new listings or deduplicating new craigslist searches needs a license. Everything you already saved or noted stays accessible.

What the allowance covers

5 saved listings. Updating a listing you already saved does not use another one.
Notes on 10 listings. Changing a note on a listing already counted does not use another one. Erasing a note does not give one back.
5 craigslist deduplications. See below for exactly what counts.

The three share one allowance. Reaching any one of those limits ends free use of all three, and a license restores all of them.

What counts as a deduplication

A deduplication on craigslist only counts when the extension actually hides a duplicate ad. If a search contains no duplicates and nothing is hidden, it is not counted. These never count:

Deduplicating a search you already deduplicated.
Returning to an earlier search and clicking Deduplicate Listings again.
Re-sorting deduplicated search results.
Switching between gallery, list and map views.

Opening listings never counts either, and neither does the Viewed marker.

Checking how much you have used

The popup shows how many of your 5 free deduplications you have used. Click Details beside it to see all three counts: Deduplications used, Listings noted and Listings saved. The Saved Listings page also shows how many free saves you have used.

When the allowance runs out

Reaching the limit never withholds work you have already done. Listings you saved stay on your computer and remain openable from the Saved Listings page or your CLProSearch folder, notes you wrote remain readable, and the Check Vehicle History button keeps working on listings you saved.
